She was patient and a great communicator of all the circumstances we would face---previewing what to expect and different paths to consider in any negotiation. She was also understanding when we were acting as the first time home buyers we were, needing to see things another time, reconsidering past decisions, etc. She also helped to keep us grounded in our expectations and desires, while giving us plenty of latitude to make our own decisions (giving comps and her thoughts on what she would do but helping to make things happen if it was right for us in our mind). I could go on with another dozen different things she did to make things work for us (she is very responsive)---but maybe easier to conclude by saying we greatly appreciate all she did for us.
